On Saturday, we made our first trip to Dawlish, to the Lansdowne Hotel. We've all agreed that there is a certain excitement about playing a new venue, and the Lansdowne is a peach. And it's always a good sign when the audience are crying for more... at the soundcheck!
Tosh took over most of the stage area with the guitarists in front of her. But they never stay still so they were soon with Hoov and I infront of it. There was much dancing! You guys know how to rock!
And speaking of rock... Indesit and I appreciated the good beers on offer too. Red Rock from Bishopsteinton for him, and O'Hanlon's Yellowhammer for me. Nice to have good beer, and nice to see local breweries supported. Well done Ray, you've got a crackin' pub there! Cheers for the booking (and the repeaters next year).
