Now followers of the REOFFENDERS story will know we're big fans of Goldblade. So when Morph hears they're playing the South-West (Hobbit's in Weston) on Halloween then we're going to be there.
As Heather's a big real ale fan, and deals with O'Hanlons brewery through the pub where she works, she thought it'd be really cool for Goldblade to try some of O'Hanlons Goldblade. O'Hanlons come up trumps and two cases of beer are duly provided and we scoot up to Weston to watch the gig and deliver the brew.
Unafraid of the bowel consequences of drinking bottle-conditioned ale straight from the bottle Keith, Johny, and Pete dive straight in and Keith pronounces it "excellent!" Keith's verdict was a ringing endorsement as he loves pale golden ales and enjoys the smooth flavour.
Goldblade the beer is definately smooth, though the band is certainly a bit rougher! Will they drink it all, or will they have the only rock'n'roll merchandise stall selling CDs, Tshirts, and BEER? By the look if their dedication i'd say very few bottles will make to the next leg of the tour in Birmingham...

excellent concept, perhaps we could toast the Damned with a Vanian Ale or a Sensible bitter, dark, fruity and classically tasteful.Alternatively I give you the Westlife lager....pale, tepid characterless and generally abhorent.
This could run and run.......................................
