The REOFFENDERS

Well I'm very excited indeed cos we're off to Jersey tomorrow to play at Chambers in St Helier at the weekend.

Chambers are lovely people who booked us and pay for flights and accommodation as part of the deal, and doosy lookin digs they look to be too...

The Hotel

Apparently we are slumming it down at the Mayfair Hotel (hmm, last time I stopped at a Mayfair Hotel it cost me two grand! - although I was driving a silver open-top car at the time). Anyway, having a look at the website and the Mayfair certainly isnt Old Kent Road...

Apart from bedrooms, and bars, The REOFFENDERS will be tasting the delights of an indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi & Steam Bath, Gymnasium, Sun Terrace, and Games Room

The games room features "Polar Pete's toddlers' soft play area", so I suppose that's where we'll find the drummer.

The Venue

The weather is set to be crap for the weekend, but I'm still really excited because everything I can find on the web about Chambers says that its a great place to play and it certainly is "the place for live music in Jersey".

We'll take some video of the weekend and let you all know how it went when we get back.

Oh, and we've got to be up at 5:30am to get the flight over, so Bully and Paul have decided to stay over with us on Thursday night. And the plan for Thursday? Get an early night? Er, well, maybe, but we're off to The Bridge first for a few pints so I suspect we ain't going to be too chatty come 5:30am on Friday! It all rock'n'roll I suppose.
