The REOFFENDERS

Punk Rock: Classic and Modern

The REOFFENDERS are on an indefinite break. Never say never, but we currently have no plans to play. However, we had joy and we had fun... and we blogged about it. Enjoy reading and reliving some good times.

Crowd Surfing at the Pen & Quill

Friday night in Taunton and the place to be was the P&Q. We certainly saw lots of friendly faces as the Taunton Reoffenders fans were out in force. We did our usual trick of playing Babylons Burning half way through, meaning that Gary had to get up and dance long before the end (sneaky huh!)

And Adam and his mates were in too celebrating his birthday. ONce again great to see people really getting down to the music, having a good time, and looking after each other! At one point the crowd parted to let someone dive in a nd retrieve a pair of glasses - great moshpit etiquette lads!

And by the end was it carrying someone on their shoulders? No, it was time for the first recorded attempt at crowd surfing at a Reoffenders gig. Wellington, you have been warned, Taunton seems to have stolen a march on you!

We're back near Taunton at The Crazy Apple (Norton Fitzwarren) on 23 Jan, so we might see some of you again... but I think some of Taunton is coming down for new year at the Vintage... oh it could be messy!
